WordPress code standard and minimalist approach to OOP with PHP

Need to write a SQL query and PHP program to get the output
** Conditions:
● Use the PHP OOP concept.
● Make sure to write comments in each function and class to explain the return and pass argument variable.
● Try to optimize code.
● SQL queries must be written as a single query. You can use join and conditional structure in the query.
● Direct output needed in the Array.
● Do not have multiple loops or conditions when displaying the output.
