Must be able to pretty much create simple plugins.
Things that will be involved:
- Customizing the checkout and item/shop pages to allow for decimals in product quantity selection, and calculate price based on quantity
- Must be able to communicate and work with other developers if needed
- must be able to edit fees associated with orders and customize this
