WordPress Woocommerce script to forbid multiple users with same stripe cards

I am looking for a WordPress / Woocommerce to write a script or to advise for a plugin allowing to reject the registration of a user having the same credit card info (last 4 numbers + expiration date + CVC) of an existing members of the website.
In addition, if the expert knows also about JetEngine, I will ask him an advise concerning the filtering on a meta field from a relation in Query builder.
