WordPress: Wise Chat, Twillio SMS & SSO modifications

The freelancer who will complete successfully the following will be considered for all next milestones on the current project and the rest of the projects in our arsenal. Do not apply if you cannot follow requirements and best practices.
WordPress developer required to do the following:
1. Wise Chat plugin modification: I have this plugin working on my website, but i need to modify the functionality to save the messages sent to user when he's offline and show "unread" messages when he's back online as most chats do.
2. Configure Google & Facebook SSO. They've been added but you need to create apps on both SSO providers and configure it to be able to sign-in & sign-up accordingly.
3. Configure Twillio. The theme uses Twillio for SMS notifications but the SMSs right now are not sent properly, configuration is required.
All the above for an expert should not take more than 3 days.
