WordPress Theme Customization with PHP, CSS, Bootstrap and Mobile Optimization

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to make customizations to our custom WordPress theme on the website apkfilehub.net. The theme is based on PHP, CSS, and Bootstrap. We would like to make the following changes:
Add a download button like the one on apkfolder.net.
Add icons on the homepage for the latest apps.
Fix the box structure for the app information such as version and download MB size on the homepage.
Add an "APK Additional Information" section to the end of articles, like apkfolder.net.
Add a "Similar Apps Like" section with a background, like apkfolder.net.
Make the website mobile-friendly and optimized like apkfolder.net.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, PHP, CSS, and Bootstrap, as well as experience optimizing websites for mobile. If you are interested in this project, please provide examples of your previous work and your estimated timeline for completion.
