WordPress Theme Customization -- 2

I need an experienced programmer who can customize WordPress Theme file of a Directory site where businesses can submit their business. It is a website like Yelp or YellowPages or JustDial where business owners submit their business so that other people can find.

I need:
1. Users can take bookings directly from their business listing page in my site from the visitors. Visitors should be able to see slots from Google calendar or any free calendar. Users can update their calendars from their own dashboard of my site.
2. Visitors can see available slots and book accordingly.
3. Optionally, visitors can pay to book a service.
4. Website owner(me) can take commission automatically from each booking as a percentage and withdraw money in a p a y p a l/ st r ipe account.
5. Only Paid plan users should be able to make use of this booking feature.
6. Show Zoom/Google meeting option after visitors book an appointment. Business owner can fix whether the appointment to be through Zoom/Google Meet and meeting link gets generated automatically after payment.
7. Add email notification feature to both business owner, site admin and the person who booked the appointment
8. Option to share each business listings to other sites as iframe. So there should be an option to dynamically create iframe code for each listing.
You need to customize in such a way that theme update does not delete my customization like you can do the customization by using plugin like WPCode or Code Snippet or Pluginception.
