WordPress Site Optimization on High-End Server

My WordPress site is hosted on a high-end dedicated server with an AMD CPU and 64GB RAM. The theme is very light, consisting mostly of text with minimal images. I am using LiteSpeed Cache, an image optimization plugin, and various speed tools. Despite these measures, the site still takes 4-7 seconds to load!

I need someone to optimize both the site and server performance to achieve a load time of under 1 second.
