**Project Description:**
We are building a live commerce platform named Centralize Marketplace that integrates WordPress and YouTube. The platform will have separate applications for users and vendors, along with an admin panel to manage both.
**Key Requirements:**
1. **Platform Overview:**
- Centralize Marketplace will serve as a live commerce platform integrating WordPress and YouTube.
- The platform should enable vendors to host live shopping events directly on the Centralize Marketplace platform, streaming through YouTube, with products available for purchase directly through WordPress.
2. **User App:**
- Registration and login functionality.
- Browsing and searching for live events and products.
- Viewing live streams from YouTube on the platform.
- Adding products to cart and purchasing via WordPress.
- User profile management.
3. **Vendor App:**
- Registration and login functionality.
- Integration with WordPress for product listing and inventory management.
- Integration with YouTube for hosting live streams on the platform.
- Dashboard to manage live events and track sales.
- Notifications for upcoming live events and sales performance.
4. **Admin Panel:**
- User and vendor management.
- Monitoring and approving live events.
- Access to analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to control and manage the entire platform.

1. Any additional functionality or changes not mentioned in this project description but deemed necessary during the development process must be accommodated without dispute. This means that if new features or modifications are required that were not originally outlined, the developer is expected to implement them as part of the project scope. This ensures flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements without delays or disagreements over scope changes.
2. The developer is required to provide daily updates on the project progress, ensuring transparency and keeping all stakeholders informed about the project's status.
3. Upon completion of the project, the developer must deliver the complete source code and all relevant documentation as specified in the project requirements.
4. Final testing will be conducted by us, and any bugs or incomplete functions identified must be resolved by the developer before the final milestone payment is released.
5. Any plugins or third-party tools required for the project must receive prior approval from us before purchase. The cost for these plugins or tools will be covered by us, provided they are essential for the project's successful completion.
6. The project must be completed within 10 days from today's date, July 14, 2024, as the start date specified by the client. This timeline includes all development, testing, and deployment activities to ensure timely delivery of the Centralize Marketplace platform.
