WordPress Plugin needed for web hosting reseller website

I need a WordPress plugin. I have a web hosting reseller website that brings hosting plan information and order forms via a plugin provided by the web hosting company. But this existing plugin requires a specific WordPress theme in order to work, and I don't like the design of that theme.
So I want you to code a new plugin, that will work with any WordPress theme. That is possible since the hosting company provides an API for that purpose.
