WordPress Plugin Development

We need a skilled freelancer who can develop a small WordPress Plugin from us.
The plugin needs to collect select information from one standard WordPress page and create a CSV File for Download. After downloading, the CSV file needs to be deleted from the servers' file structure for security reasons.
The plugin has to be developed as per WordPress standards and bug free. We will also provide a Plugin Development Framework to use and want that all code is uploaded in a Github repository.
We are looking for somebody qualified and experienced in developing WordPress Plugins.
