WordPress PHP Error Fixing - Can't Update WP Core - Can't Upload Media - Can't See Existing Media

I need help fixing a wordpress website that has many errors in the php_errorlog. It will not update. It will not upload media. Existing media is not displayed. Need help fixing these issues. Please respond only if you have experience fixing wordpress errors. If you can do this please put "I can fix these errors" in your proposal to be considered.
