WordPress Multisite for Client Store

I need an expert who can utilize WordPress Multisite to create a client store with a subdomain over a single WordPress installation. The primary goal is to distribute store to clients using wordpress feature and plugins . but needed to distribute blog/website too over subdomain and clients can add their own domain too .

Key features I'm looking to include in the store are:
- Complete store setup with WooCommerce: I need a full-fledged store with a product catalog, shopping cart, payment gateway integration, and other necessary features.

Please note that client creation will go through on the fly signup flow and followed by step by step theme validation (info,product) which results in ready to go store with their own products and info without opening admin .
