WordPress Multi-vendor Service Marketplace

I need to create a multivendor website using WordPress with three roles: Owner, Vendors, and Customers. The site will follow an Amazon-like selling model, where vendors pay a monthly subscription to access the platform and sell their services. The site will offer two membership plans: one for vendors and another for customers.
Remember the products is considered as services :
1) The vendor have to subscribe the membership plan in order to sell their services in website
2) customer will also not allowed to access website until they not subscribe the membership plan, once they subscibed, the will allowed to search the services of vendors.
3) Once a customer subscribes, they can access the website and its services. After purchasing a service, they receive a PDF summary. An optional additional fee can enable live chat support alongside the PDF for real-time assistance.
