WordPress Layout & Popup Refresh
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’ve put together a concise list of layout tweaks for my existing WordPress (it uses WPBakery and assorted plugins) site and I’m ready to hand it over to someone who can move quickly.
What needs doing
• Main Content Area – adjust text spacing, swap a few images, and introduce a light randomization script so returning visitors don’t always see sections in the same order.
• Sidebar/Widgets – tidy the layout, integrate custom icons I’ll supply, and embed a small interactive map.
• New-visitor popup – design and implement a GDPR-friendly modal that invites users to sign up for promotions; Mailchimp is already connected, so you can hook straight into that list.
• Mobile optimisation – make sure every change looks just as good on phones and tablets, including the popup and map.
• Quick walkthrough – when you’re done, jump on a short call or supply annotated screenshots so I can repeat these edits myself next time. I’m a designer, so plain-English explanations of where to click in the WP admin will be enough.

The site runs on the latest WordPress with WPBakery and a child theme. I also need help with setting it up with staging and backups.
Acceptance
1. All edits match the written list I’ll share before you start.
2. Pages pass Google’s mobile-friendly test after changes.
3. Popup captures emails for “Promotions” and fires only once per session.
4. Clear instructions or live demo provided.
5. Proper backup and staging with instruction
If this goes smoothly there’s a backlog of deeper editing work waiting, so a solid result here could turn into an ongoing collaboration.
