WordPress/HivePress/GamiPress Site Enhancements
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
## Overview
We are hiring a WordPress developer to help us improve our existing site built with HivePress and GamiPress. This includes creating new user features, building notification logic, and enhancing the user/admin interface. You will also assist with minor bug fixes and layout adjustments. Previous experience with HivePress customization is highly preferred.
The production deadline is 2 days. If the deadline is exceeded, the project will be canceled. Please apply only if you can strictly meet the deadline.
## Task List
### Form Submission Issues
1. Fix application completion issues:
- Users reach "Complete" page but applications aren't finalized
- Redirect script executes unconditionally without validating submission
- 500ms fixed delay causes timing problems with form processing
- Make comment section optional
- Make fields 1-4 mandatory and field 5 optional
### Application Count & Display Problems
2. Fix application tracking issues:
- Application numbers not reflected in system
- Multiple submissions from individual users need prevention
- Order completion shows as "pending"
- Status not updating correctly
### Page Navigation & Access Issues
3. Resolve page transition problems:
- "All Requests" page has broken design
- Logged-in users redirected to login page unnecessarily
- Offer submissions fail after page transitions
### Post-Match Functionality
4. Implement post-matching features:
- Display approved applications in individual news category
- Hide REVIEW buttons until match is made
- Send notifications to individual users after corporate approval
- Display matched case list properly
### Permission Settings
5. Fix offer permission issues:
- Enable all individual users (including future accounts) to make offers to requests
- Ensure proper permissions are assigned automatically
### Status Management
6. Fix status tracking issues:
- Ensure completed orders show correct status
- Fix status reflection throughout the system
### Customization Areas
7. Verify customization in admin snippets:
- Available at specified admin URLs (snippet IDs 96, 117, 107)
- Implement point system based on half the budget amount
## Notes
- Access to admin panel and test environment will be shared
- Code must be written using Snippets or Custom CSS with clear comments (e.g., /* request-form layout */)
- Please explain where you wrote the code after each task
- Preference will be given to developers with HivePress and GamiPress experience
- Future long-term projects may follow based on this job's success
