WordPress - Help with few issues and custom css

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer who can help me with some minor issues I have with my wordpress website:

To-Dos:

1. Change Color of the going to the top button
2. Adjust position of main picture
3. Adjust position of some text
4. Adjust the size of some form input factors
5. Help me to clean up the pages so that not needed pages are not published
