I'm looking for a developer to create a WordPress/Gravity Forms plugin that will handle one-time payments through the Neon Payment Processor.

Overall, this would be similar to Gravity Forms Stripe plugin, though it does not need to be as robust with features.
Key Requirements:
- The plugin will only need to process one-time payments.
- No custom invoice generation is necessary. Standard invoices are fine.
- The plugin should integrate with Gravity Form's native notification system to send email notifications upon payment completion.
- Bonus if refunds can be processed, similar to the Stripe add-on
Ideal Skills:
