WordPress Expert for Professional E-learning Membership Site

I am looking for a professional WordPress developer. My goal is to expand my team for the long term, please consider this!
I would delegate tasks on a project basis, and the current task is:
Creating a complete membership-based online platform displaying courses with community function.
The site should have some basic functionality and a fully customized design.
- Monthly and annual membership fee payments, automatic transaction option with Stripe integration.
Monthly subscribers should not have access to content from previous months.
- A community section is needed where members can engage in discussions, and instructors creating courses can publish information. For this, proficient use of the Buddypress plugin is required.
- The site should be built from a premium template sourced from Envato or Themeforest. I entrust the selection of the most suitable template to you, and of course, I will cover its costs. Only Elementor-compatible premium templates can be used.
- Throughout the project, you will consult only with me; there is no interaction with the client. I will provide the instructions.
It's crucial to note that I also specialize in building WordPress websites. This project is for a client, and high-quality output is expected from our side. I am looking for someone for the long term with whom I can collaborate on future projects.
