WordPress Expert for Custom Registration & Booking
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We are looking for a WordPress expert to help us build a custom user registration and role-based booking logic on our website.
Our Stack:
WordPress
ProfilePress Pro (for user registration and profiles)
Modern Events Calendar (MEC) Pro (for event bookings and dashboards)
What We Need:
1. Role-Based Registration with Custom Fields
We use one registration form with ProfilePress Pro.
Users select their role (Clinic, Speaker, or Sponsor) when signing up.
Based on the selected role, they should be required to fill in different fields:
Clinics: Select how many GPs/doctors they have.
Speakers: Select their availability (day/time) and their topics/specialties (e.g., Cardiology, Mental Health).
This conditional field display is required, and we understand it might need a PHP snippet or custom code.
2. Role-Specific Dashboards
After signing up, users should be redirected to a dashboard matching their role (Clinic, Speaker, or Sponsor).
The dashboard should combine ProfilePress and MEC User Dashboard, allowing them to:
Edit their profile and custom fields.
View their event bookings (via MEC User Dashboard).
3. Dynamic Sponsor Pricing Logic
The GP/doctor count entered by the Clinic should control the Sponsor's pricing view.
Example:
An event posted by a Clinic with 300 doctors should show a higher price to sponsors than an event posted by a Clinic with 20 doctors.
4. Smart Speaker Notification Logic
When a Clinic posts an open speaking opportunity, only relevant Speakers should receive a notification email, based on:
Matching specialty (e.g., only Cardiology speakers receive Cardiology event notifications).
Matching availability (day and time of the event).
Deliverables:
Fully functional role-based registration with required conditional fields.
User role dashboards with integrated MEC User Dashboard.
Sponsor price display based on Clinic GP count.
Targeted speaker notification system based on specialty and availability.
Documentation or a simple guide on how it works.
Requirements:
Experience with WordPress, ProfilePress Pro, and Modern Events Calendar (MEC).
Ability to write or implement PHP snippets or custom functions as needed.
Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
