WordPress application for storage of transactional documents in PDF and XML
I desire a WordPress as Document Repository (WPDR) application to store invoices, credit-notes, debit-notes or other transactional documents.
The documents are to be store in the WPDR in PDF and XML.
Currently we have a application that can generate the pdf and the corresponding XML file.
Invoice 1001: will have 2 files, invoice1001.pdf and invoice1001.xml
The WPDR needs to support multiple end users thar can log-in with credentials and view only their documents according to their tax ID number.
The WPDR will have the option to generate a variety of reports according to the number of documents stored and processed and other options as payments and basic accounting functionality and email notifications as the WPDR develops and matures.
Example:
Company X generates say 100 invoices per day from the Invoicing application, these documents are to be imported and index as they are generated (real time) according to specific fields (Metadata stored inside the PDF and XML tags) into the WPDR.
The customers (end users) will be able to log in the WPDR and view the list of different type of documents that have been generated to them.
The customers (end users) will receive email notifications for each document that is generated for them (Tax Id).
