WordPress Developer Needed for Customization and Integration Tasks

The budget for this project is $100, and it is not within my authority to change it.
My website is built on WordPress with Elementor, and requires both cosmetic changes and some core PHP work.
Here's what needs to be done:
Remove the Signup button from the header.
Display the HOME link in the header only if the user is logged in.
Convert an image of a table with numbers on the index page into a real table populated from a MySQL table.
Convert another image of a table with numbers on the same page into a real table populated from the same MySQL table.
When a user selects any of the subscription plans, they will be registered to a signup page where the title "Register" should be changed to "Sign Up". Also, change the text of the button from "Register" to "SignUp". Remove the text "Name" and "Contact Info" from the form. Finally, center the entire form, as it is currently left-oriented.
After a user logs in, they will be redirected to the account page, which contains several tabs. Some of the tabs display an image of a table with numbers, which need to be converted into real tables and populated with data from a MySQL table. All tables in all pages will be populated with data from the same MySQL table. The form in the SMS tab needs to be functional, and a plugin may need to be installed for this. The Subscription tab should list the user's subscriptions and allow them to upgrade or downgrade their subscription level. The Profile tab should contain all registration details, which should be editable. Finally, fix the issue where the logo in the header is not centered and the footer is not visible when a user logs in.
I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer for this project, as well as future updates. This will be a long-term contract, and I need to choose a reliable developer with a 5-star rating.
