Hello, I'm developing a WordPress website for a client for a tutor platform. We are planning to do the website by phase, whereby each phase is an improvement of the previous one. Some of the requirements for the website is that:
Phase 1 (Database and Invoicing)
1. Have 4 roles: Admin, Manager, Parents, Tutors
2. Manager can do CRUD for Parents
3. Tutors can sign up and fill their profile where Admin, Managers, and Parents can access
3. Manager can auto generate invoice for Parents to pay every month
Phase 2 (Job Post and Application)
1. Manager can post classes where they need Tutors
2. Tutors can apply for jobs posted by Manager
3. Manager can shortlist Tutors and show their profile to Parents
Phase 3 (Reporting and Online Payment)
1. Tutors who had a class with the students must fill in a report card where they fill in details about the class for payment purposes (how many hours, online / physical class, type of class, class level, etc)
2. The report card can be accessed by Admin, Manager, and Parents for payment purposes
3. Payment can be done via payment gateway
We're looking to do a customized plugin for Phase 1 first, target to finish by early Dec 2022. Please start proposal with MyTutor so that I know you read this detail from start to end. Let's discuss.
