Client Portal – Mily Homes
When user registers(2FA), the default type should be ‘Home Buyer’ and once buyer closes on the property, admin should be able to manually change it to ‘Home Owner’.
User Type: Home Buyer
Required Functionality:
• Dashboard with Welcome Message – Show construction Progress Chart, Delivery Date (card), Property Address.
• View Documents/images etc.(links)
• Communication (email)
• Profile

• Dashboard with Welcome Message.

• Warranty Service with messaging(Support tickets)

Admin Functions:
Send files, add/delete documents, User management.
