WordPress Backend Developer Needed with MemberPress Experience

Need assistance on fine-tuning with the Member Press plug-in. Right now, we have the plug-in installed and working. We have solved some problems (ability for members to see their membership - what type they have, when it renews, etc. - but are still struggling with some other details around member Press. Would like to find someone who knows Member Press really well to make the plug-in/site totally functional.

Specific Issues:
1. Subscription/Membership Renewal doesn't work for both for manually created accounts (required during migration) and change in payment type for Membership created in MemberPress - request is sent to Stripe but transaction doesn't complete
2. Paypal Integration - currently turned off due to Paypal holding the subscription and not sending it back to MemberPress to activate the subscription (stripe works as expected)
3. Ability to upgrade a Membership from Member Account Area (i.e. backyard to pro/master series status)
4. Ability to pause or suspend subscription renewal
4. Ability to email Members
5. Report on Member on Details (i.e. name and other custom attributes) or membership roster
6. Ability to 'gift" membership manually and then allow renewal to take 2nd year (see #1)
7. Potential Conflict between MemberPress and Gravity Forms for subscription/Membership signup process
