WordPress Automated Quoting Plugin Enhancements

I'm seeking a WordPress and Wordpress Plugin expert who can upgrade the automated quoting system on my website, poolsforafrica.co.za. The system was created serviceably back in 2018 with the creation of a 'pools-management' plugin but needs some finessing.
The original developer set up this system by creating a 'pools-management' plugin on WordPress, then hooked it up with WooCommerce (which is now stuck at version 3.9, by the way). Essentially, it's all about giving customers quotes for fiberglass swimming pools, including dimensions and extras. But here's where it gets a bit messy (and interesting): We've got dealers and installers set up based on postal codes, and there's this separate platform outside WordPress (in /public_html/poolsinstaller) where they can tweak their pricing and terms etc. When a customer picks a pool shape on our - product_category - single product (woo_commerce) catalogue style, the customer then completes a form, which auto-fills with product name and id, then dumps everything into the 'wp_quotation' table. From there, 'quotation_cron_pdf.php' creates an ugly PDF quote. If it's a full installation, it checks if there's an installer nearby (based on postal code) and uses their details for the quote. If not, it's DIY quote But the site is ancient. We've moved it over to pools4africa.co.za temporarily and are trying to modernize it using Elementor and the Elementor Hello Theme. Once we're done, we'll move it back to poolsforafrica.co.za. But we've hit some snags, especially with jQuery selectors. So, Phase 1 of this project is all about sorting out these issues. We're seeing errors with jQuery selectors, particularly with :input. Once we've got that sorted, Phase 2 facelift. Phase 3 - We want to upgrade WooCommerce, Crocoblock, and tweak the pools-management plugin to handle product dimensions better. Oh, and let's add sorting options for pool products by length That's the plan for now
