I need a plugin developed that can securely allow customers to have payment data saved (Credit Card, possibly also checking account #). This data will be used to pay a monthly running balance... There are currently apps used to pay monthly flat rates or even monthly flat rates with varying levels of service charging different rates, but this needs to be able to charge any entered amount.
We need Customer portals with Login Email & PW that shows billing option (Set primary method, update info, etc...) and view past payments.
I would like an estimate of what it would cost to have a payment gateway developed included in this plugin compared to a plugin that simply integrates with Stripe or some other currently existing gateway.
