Woocommerce website stalled when Woocommerce is enabled

The website crashes even after enabling only WooCommerce as plugin.
I can't figure out what the problem is.

Here's what I've already done:
- Disabled all plugins.
- Tried with the default theme, StoreFront
- Tried various PHP versions.
- Put WP in Debug mode.
- Optimized the DB tables.
- Scanned the various DB tables.

None of these actions yielded any results.
The server is running smoothly and very fast.
