Woocommerce - recurring payment extension - Wordpress plugin development

Hi I'm looking for a wordpress developer to do some customization to woocommerce, we want to add a recurring payment option to the products
We can go with existing plugins and themes in the market and also give me a cost for custum building this.
Scope -
1. Cart Page
In the cart page we have an additional option along each order to select if its recurring or not and if its recurring then set duration ( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
2. Recurring order page -
2.1. Product List: where customers can see all the current recurring products listed. along with next order date..
2.2. Next Order Summary: To note if some products are set monthly then, there is a chance they might be skipp in the next order product list.
2.3. Option for customers to remove / add / edit / update the recurring order
Note: This is a clean woocommerce installation witout any modification. so you will need to create the above code as a plugin.
