Create Woocommerce plugin to divide an order into 3 other orders.

MAIN IDEA:
Create a woocommerce plugin to divide a woocommerce order created on the backend. The plugin must allow the admin to divide an order with all the items on it into 2 or 3 orders. And allow the admin to control the % of each single installment.

WORKFLOW EXAMPLE:
- Admin uses plugin set up to create a simple installment plan of 3 orders. (40% + 30% + 30%). Saves it calling it "3 INSTALLMENTS PLAN"
- Admin creates a woocommerce order via backend to a registered user.
- Admin selects 5 items from the woocommerce catalog... each of $100. Order total = $500
- Admin selects using a dropdown the "3 INSTALLMENTS PLAN"
- Admin hits publish and the plugins creates 3 ORDERS in pending status

ORDER A: Contains all 5 items and charges the 40% of the total order = $200
ORDER B: Contains all 5 items and charges the 30% of the total order = $150
ORDER C: Contains all 5 items and charges the 30% of the total order = $150

IMPORTANT:
- NO CHILD ORDERS, EACH ORDER MUST BE INDEPENDENT.
- Plugin must add into consideration all the taxes on WC.
- No front end solution needed. All our orders are handled via backend.
- No reminders via email needed.
