Woocommerce payment processsing on another website. CODERS NEEDED.

I want to create a Woocommerce payment processing site.
I have Wordpress multisite running with several websites with products. (i.e. Website A, B, C, D, etc.)
- User can add these items to cart on any of these websites.
- When user goes to checkout, it should redirect the user to another website ("Payment processing website") to ask for payment methods and finish the transaction. (has to send the user/cart/product info)
- User can pay here and when ready, all information should be passed back to the Websites with payment successful.
I know this can be done via webhooks, restapi and/or function files.
