Woocommerce myCred plugin customization
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD

I am looking to customize myCred plugin to have the following features:
1. I issue partner account to partners with login and password which they can change: Input partner company name - input partner address - input contact name - input email - input mobile number - generate partner account
2. They access a mobile optimized page say my website.com/partners
3. They login to access the following functions:
3.1. Add points Input customer mobile number - click add points - input number of points - input receipt/invoice number - upload receipt/invoice using camera function - qrcode generated - customer scan and receive points - sms or email notification on points received
3.2. Sign up customer Input customer mobile number - input name - input email - input birthday - checkbox gender - input address - click confirm (this will tie to woocommerce account)
3.3 Points Report Partners access points issued report listed by customer, receipt number and last row will be total points issued - sort by day, month and year - can access individual account points issued in case they need to do reconciliation
We bill partners based on points issued, so they don't fraud We will be the only one to edit the products and decide how much percentage can be used for credits
NOTE: Partners do not have access to full customer list, so will be based on customers' mobile number or email
4. Points to be used as virtual currency to purchase products on woocommerce site
5. The virtual currency to pay for purchases of products in the website with a dynamic percentage setup, meaning product A maybe 40% can be paid by credits, product B 35% can be paid by credits, product C 100% can be paid by credits
