Woocommerce custom configurator with multiple steps and functionalities

We have our website running on Wordpress and Woocommerce. We want to offer a product configurator with multiple steps and different selections/options. This needs to be run through step by step (with javascript). This configurator needs to be configurable on the backend of wordpress and also the possibility to add extra steps and product options.

Step 1: choose model; S / M / L
Step 2: choose exterior style 1 / 2 / 3 (change of image)
Step 3. Choose a floorplan: 1 / 2 / 3 / ..
Step 3: choose interior options: 1. floor / 2. walls / 3. kitchen (swatches and tooltip with images)
Step 4: choose additional features: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / ...
Step 5: Summary overview
Step 6: Request quote based on selection. With email functionality

Requirement;

Frontend
- Grouped variations
- Step by step navigation
- js-wizard menu at the top (for example; 1. exterior 2. floorplan etc.)
- Price should be calculated per step and displayed at the bottom
- Tooltip possibility for variation through pop-up

Backend product
- Freedom to create own groups with options
- Options/variations must be able to contain an extra price
- Options/variations must be able to get a thumbnail (color swatch)
- Possibility to enter tooltip description with images

Design
Design/css can be copied from previous example

Functionality
Preferably as a separate plugin that we can activate in our environment. This functionality must also be able to withstand upgrades of wordpress and woocommerce.

Delivery can take place on a development environment / copy of our website.
