Woocommerce database table customization

I am facing an issue with heavy load of database table size, because of 1.5 crores of coupon code and i need someone who can separate coupon table from post_meta or separate database, so that if user apply coupon system will work smoother, currently it freeze down once user apply voucher code and it takes upto 30 sec.
