Woocommerce custom addons with tier pricing calculator

We have a new Wordpress custom printed T-shirt website (not yet published). It is based on a simple Porto theme But need a plug in that will calculate the prices the way we want. T-shirt colors and T-shirt sizes will pull from available variables in woocommerce products, so only those will show on page.
Plugin must be able to work on other items that we offer like jackets, hoodies, mugs etc. as they are priced the same way. We offer 100's of products.
The addon imprint colors are also tier pricing based on quantity. For example, 12 pcs it would add .50, 24 pcs it would add .45, 36 pcs it would add .40, 72 it would add .38 , etc.. The addon back location(or other location) are also tier pricing based on quantity.
Please pay close attention to the way the sample page calculates addon imprint colors, back imprint(imprint locations) and set ups added by clicking on the view charges text under the price display. All price calculations are shown on page in real time for the customer and not just later in the cart.
There would be 3 different imprint methods, SCREEN PRINT, DTG(full color) and EMBROIDERY. that the customer would select, so the main table change price tier would change depending on what they select.
We just have 1 base sell price in the backend of woocommerce price so all calculations price would come from that.
