Woocommerce conditional email attachments

I have a store with dynamic product prices, depending on the price of the product, the customer receives an email attachment. I have hooked into the woocommerce_email_attachments hook with a number of conditions that determine whether or not to send the attachment and also retrieve the attachment. I need help debugging this code as it is not working. I suspect the issue is in one of the conditions although I am not sure.Please mention if you have completed a similar task. The deadline is 3 days.
