Woocommerce attributes pre-selected by customers by default

I'm looking to create a relationship between user's profile and Woocommerce. I want to create some custom fields to the user's profile so when the new user sign-up can add some data that can be auto-populated and be pre-select the Woocommerce product attributes. When the user visits the product page the attribute is pre-selected by default. Example: User profile custom field shoe_size: 7 Woocommerce product attribute shoe_size: 7
