Woocommerce - Wordpress - Netopia Payment Solution Integration

We have a Wordpress website for a transportation business in Romania.
We need to extend our payment options to work with Netopia payment gateway.
We use Chauffeur Booking System for Wordpress plugin to handle our reservations.
Chauffeur Booking System is currently using Paypal or Cash as payment options.
We started to develop a 3'rd option for Netopia Payment.
Netopia integration is tested and working for woocommerce checkout, but we need some code to get it to work with Chauffeur Booking System for Wordpress.
If the user selects Paypal, the form is submited to paypal payment gateway.
In the same maner, if the user selects Netopia as a payment method,
we need to pass the user and paymant data either to Netopia directly or to create
a "man in the middle" type of solution, that will forward the data to woocommerce
so that it can be further submited to netopia.
