Woocommerce Subscription after adding products to cart

I am looking for a developer to help me create a Woocommerce subscription feature for my online store. The main goal is to allow customers to subscribe to different types of subscription plans and receive discounts based on their subscription duration. after customer add product to cart he can make on time purshase or he can subscribe

Subscription Plans:
- No Contract - 5% discount
- 6 Months - 10% discount
- 12 Months - 20% Discount
Discount only applied if customer cart hase more than 200 AED
