Woocommerce Plugin Customization - All Products for Subscriptions

Hello,
We need to add a product price to appear after the "ONE-TIME" option on the single product Woocommerce page. We will be using Variable Products, Simple Products.
Please see attached screenshot for an example. We want the price to appear after the "ONE-TIME" "$5.00" is what we need to add.
We will provide plugin and test site login details. You will provide the completed/changed code.
