Woocommerce Pending Items Manager with Income Stock and Supplier

Hello, i need urgent a small tool for woocommerce but as single url means domain.tld/toolname
take the login rights from the wp_user and allow only admin group
i need to have
- create external supplier
-- supplier name
-- supplier customers id
-- supplier url
-- supplier country
- create new external order
-- Internal Orders ID (where is missing the item)
-- external Orders ID
-- external Orders Shipping ID / Tracking
-- external Orders Status
--- shipped -> if select shipped, please request tracking id and tracking company name
--- pending
--- picked up -> if selected picked up, please request tracking id and tracking company (default: MRW)

-- external Orders Log
--- Log all Dates and Times (when has changed each status)
--- Show the time in dates from the creation up to today (that we see if something is missing or overdued)

a list view with the actual orders first; closed / finished income stock orders list on bottom / after the actual ones

sku, qty, item name,item comes from = supplier country, status by icons (created, paid, picked up / shipped, arrived, canceled <-- all items shown in grey, when status has been in the past status, change to the colors - created = violett, paid = blue, picked up / shipped = orange, arrived = green, canceled = red)

this helps us to organize external income stock items, which we dont have on stock, but requested by client - or to replace the stock with new income stock items
