Woocommerce PHP Expert Needed

I need the create account password field to be moved to the Thank You Page after checkout. The username needs to be based on the email field on the checkout form. So, the user will fill out the checkout form -> go to the 1st Thank You Page and hit continue -> then go to the upload photos page -> then go to the final Thank You Page and create a password that will redirect them to their My Account Page. I have added screenshots. This needs to be done with code and not plugins.
