Woocommerce Expert Developer - marketplace experience

We need a Woo-commerce expert developer.
Ideal candidate must have multi-seller development experience, please share project/s.
Must know how to work on plugin customisation.
Must be good at user design.
Situation and key objectives:
Now we have two versions of an MVP WooCommerce Marketplace developed one uses Webkul multi-seller plugin and one Yith multi seller plugin.
The Webkul version is slightly further along but is too heavy, slow and we are ‘told’ too many plugins from too many developers so it is buggy and has crashed multiple times.
1. We need the performance of each assessed to see which version is the best code/platform/plugin set that can be scale-able.
2. Manage ondoing/Update/Fix/resolve/finish the development of the marketplace version selected.
3. Update plugins & Install tax and shipping plugins
4. Get site working seamlessly and on-boarding sellers and improve/ad automation where possible.
5. Once working/copy over create a similar site with same plugins for an alternate URL/category.
6. Ongoing updates / WordPress management of site.
