Woocommerce - Edit code to make all new products imported from Square as “draft” instead of “published”

I use the Woocommerce Square plugin to import new products from Square to my Woocommerce (Wordpress) store. I need the plugin edited to automatically make all new imported product as “Draft” instead of “Published”.

The code was edited before and worked for a while but stopped working for some reason.
