[Woocommerce] Customer can select Free samples in his cart -- 2

Hi there,
We have a plugin that allow us to get some free products according to some conditions.
But we don't want the user to pick the products in our store, but directly in the cart.
So, we need to build the design (see attached file) inside our cart.
The principle is as follow :
A/ In first section, The customer can select among two products among the 7 gifts available.
B/ In second section, The customer can select to wrap the products as a gift for his friend/family. This is for
free if the customer wants.
What you need to do :
Only when user added something into cart :
1/ The design should be the same than the image attached and should be inside our woocommerce cart.
2/ We can select only two options among the seven free samples, and we can select the bag for free.
3/ After clicking on the checkout button ("Terminer ma commande"), the selected free samples will add the associated free products in the cart.
