Woocommerce - Code Snippet Error

I have tried to create code to add an action to the Order Actions in Woocommerce using Code Snippets. However the code has failed to work, and is resulting in an error whenever I try and action anything in admin. This project has 2 parts.
1. Remove the code and get admin working again
2. If possible, write small code for the Order Actions that will change the order status (a new order status has been created), and send the status email.
