Woocommerce Booking Plugin Issue

The issue is with the Woocommerce booking system
I have programmed it to show clients available dates and times for each offering - That all seems to be working fine.
The problem is a day after I update the page, a loading circle appears on the Callander.
It remains there and stops the customer from accessing the available times and dates, this continues until I go into the page and plugin through the backend.
Once I go into the specific offering in the backend it fixes itself, and then after about a day the same issue repeats.
