Woocommerce API with Fulfilment centre

Our Woocommerce plugin within our Wordpress site has lost its connectivity with our Fulfillment centre. The API sends info each way in terms of orders received, order status, dispatch and tracking information for either side. Was working fine until a recent update/removal of old tech support user. Needs reconnecting
