Woocommerce

I am looking for a skilled developer to make some additions to my Woocommerce website. I sell a testing service where people pay for me to test a sample for them. I want to add an order form to my site where they choose the tests they need and can add different lines for each sample they need tested. They would enter whatever identifier they choose then pick the tests for that sample. I would then be able to test their sample and label each sample with positive or negative. They would get their results via email and in their account on my website.
