Woocomerce send order confirmation issue

We need help with sort issue we have, our website don't send out any email to shop owner or to client with order conformation. When package have been send it's need trigger the email with tracking link of the DHL as exempel in the email when status its changed to shipped in woocomerce

The email need be send from our website url adress as sender
