Woocomerce custom registration, log in, and lost password Fix rebuild... and user of terms check box -- 2

Before you move on... I don't need bids from developers who has other jobs than this currently. I want to you to focus on this project and solve it within maximum 2 days.
Task 1:
I have a custom wordpress website. It was developed by a team. I realised it only later that the registering related things don't work properly. There were no any validations etc. I asked them to fix it. They added the validations, but I am still not sure, that everything is working fine and the site is not week in security. For example lost password is still not working at all. No email sending, and no any validation.
To me it seems they did not used the the built in registration, instead of that they were coding a new or something like that. I think the easiest is to use the default reg, log in forms and customise only the design of them to fit to my template.
I need someone who can check it and fix it.
Task 2,:There is an additional task after it. I want an accept terms of use check box on the registering which is required to thick before the user could register.
